I didn't watch this show regularly, because, like pretty much everyone else who watched the pilot of this show in Grey’s Anatomy, I thought it sucked. They took the best character on Grey’s Anatomy and turned her into Meredith, one of the worst characters on TV.

Then I tried to watch the 1st episode of season 1. It sucked too. Although they haven’t changed Addison as drastically as they did in the previous pilot, she definitely isn’t the calm, cool professional she was on Grey’s. That Addison, the “world class neonatal surgeon” would never have taken a job at a clinic like this with its group of disfunctional adults (and I use that word loosely) or be dancing naked in her window.

But then, since I'm in my holiday, I have nothing better to do other than laying on the couch, holding remote control in my hand doing exercise called 'switching the channel'. So one day I watched another episode. Another one in the next two days. And one this evening.

I think it's getting better though not brilliant. Now on to today's episode.
Here a little summary.

So Violet and Cooper are planning to prove they can be “friends with benefits”, and Addy and Pete plan to consummate their newfound relationship.

Their patients aren’t having as much luck:

- a widow is giving birth alone, while her dead husband’s co-workers, what looks like the entire police force, wait in the lobby
- a harried mother of 3 boys, expecting a baby girl this time out, refuses to accept it when she gives birth to yet another son
- and Sam goes on a housecall which turns out to be a convenience store where an armed robber is about to give birth

Of course, all the patients’ issues are handled and the doctors are the ones who are unable to bring their plans to fruition. Unexpectedly, when Sam returns to the office, he finds himself alone with his ex-wife, Naomi. When he tells her what happened, their emotions get away from them and the scene fades as he throws her on the table and they tear each other’s clothes off.

There is only one thing I want to highlighted in the scene with Susan, the widow.
She opens up to Pete and tells him how lonely she's become without her husband. Pete in return opens up to her about his late wife and tells Susan that things get better and that she just has to hold onto the good memories.

But then she ask, this interesting line,

"Does it really get better or you just bury it deeper?"
